The apartments are located in the tourist village of Sveti Petar na Moru. Sveti Petar is situated 15 km south of Zadar, a city which was declared the best EU destination in 2016 and is known for its Roman and Venetian ruins in its Old Town peninsula. Sveti Petar is surrounded by 4 national parks - Kornati Islands, Krka Waterfalls, Zrmanja River Canyon with a climbing area in Paklenica Mountain, and Plitvice Lakes, all about an hour and a half drive away.

Near Sveti Petar (15 km south), there is the Mirnovec amusement water park where you and your family and/or friends can experience unforgettable fun and excitement.

The neighborhood is rich in local wineries and private family farms where you can enjoy the flavors of Dalmatian wine, cheese, and olive oil.
